The Piledriver

Clean-boost pedal kit with up to 38db gain The Piledriver measures 1.35" in height, 3.70" in width and 4.70" in length.

What people are saying about The Piledriver:

"If you're a pedal lover like me, who's always wanted to try their hand at building one, but have zero experience, then this is the pedal for you." "This is a good clean boost and was easy to assemble. Fun little project and I recommend it." "This kit was so easy to build and now it's my go to cut-through-the-bologna pedal. I use it at large jam session house parties. If there's some drunko playin' too loud, I stomp on this to cut through that bologna!"

Can you please provide a diagram showing physical placement of the power jack and led? And also information on recommended led hardware? Thank you, Tom

If you plug the part numbers in from the schematics into the search field of https://www.amplifiedparts.com/ you can find all of the required parts. We don't have any specific recommendations for placement of the jack and LED since there is so much room and there are a lot of options. I would recommend placing the jack somewhere that works well with you power solution and other pedals especially when using a pedal board. Send us an email at info@modkitsdiy.com and we can give you a simple drawing of how the LED and footswitch connect.

Check out this project page on Amplified Parts. It includes a drawing of the wiring for both an LED as well as adding a DC jack. https://www.amplifiedparts.com/user-projects/mod-kits-parts-adding-led-and-dc-jack

What does the actual enclosure of the Piledriver look like? My son was hoping for a bare metal enclosure.
