What tools do I need for the MOD 101 guitar amp kit?

I live in the UK, does the power transformer for this kit work for 220V, 50Hz?

If I use EL34's how much power reduction can I expect from 60 watts?

Do you recommend the product called a "yellow jacket" that installs in the tube base, allowing for interchanging of the tubes?

What tubes come with the MOD101 guitar amp kit?
